The entire range is designed and developed as per the client's specifications and requirements. Each product is simple, durable, defect free and sturdy in design. Leveraging on our years of experience and in-depth knowledge, we design and develop products in a variety of non-standard sizes, colors, shapes, etc. Through all our efforts, we make an attempt to meet with each and every specific memories of our client.
Mould Making Test
Other than the products that we manufacture, we provide to our clients services like mold making test through CAD/ CAM support which helps us in the design assistance, model making, model texturing, production facilities and rapid prototyping. Depending on what our clients want, we make them as per their demand and requirements.

We are assisted by a team of expert personnel at every end who help us in meeting with the client's requirements. All our team members possess keen understanding about product production and processing. We work with engineers specialized in plastic, plastic technologists, technicians, operators(for machines), quality control inspectors, supervisors, R&D personnel, production managers and other skilled workmen.
The other team members include logistics & transportation personnel, sales and marketing managers, warehouse managers and other skilled workmen. Our team's hard core efforts have availed us a strong position in the market.
Quality Assurance
Quality holds utmost significance in our company which is why we keep a regular testing schedule for our products. At our unit, we have advanced testing division wherein we check the product on all parameters. Our quality control inspectors and supervisors run repeated tests at each level of production.

We are equipped with a spacious factory unit which is facilitated with state-of-the-art-infrastructure. The unit has all the facilities which are required for efficient production. We various departments like production, quality checking, design, tool room, R&D, packing and others. Our facilities are backed by integrated computerized technology.
Our design unit in particular has CAD/ CAM systems by latest software like (IDEAS 12, SOLID EDGE, AUTOCAD 2006) wherein superior 3-D models are generated.
Our Tool Room Facilities
Our tool room facility is a big aid to us in terms of effective production. The tool room includes facilities like:
• High Speed CNC Machining Center (DOSSAN): The CNC machining center is equipped with machines for slot milling, face milling, end milling etc. It also has facility for drilling, boring, tapping and other processes. The machining operations allow us to decrease in-process inventory and execute order on time.

• EDM Spark Erosion System: Our spark erosion grinding system utilizes EDM technology to arc-grind metal parts to finished size and shape, precisely removing metal stock using AC current. We use SEG process which discounts the need of replacing these expensive components and can efficiently reshape them at a fraction of the cost of new replacement parts, reducing machine time by 30 to 50%.
The spark erosion machining removes material by a series of electrical discharges (sparks) that occur in the machining gap between the electrode and the piece. They cut out pieces from soft and hard metals and some conducting ceramics, without distortion.
Our facilities enable us to fabricate products directly from CAD outputs and our mould making services provides superior design assistance helps in cutting manufacturing costs using innovative manufacturing techniques.

It also assists us with upgrading, redesigning, reevaluating or modernizing existing products to increase performance and/ or reduce manufacturing costs. Our mould making services create models of finished products before investing in hard tooling that helps us add textures for functional or cosmetic purposes and produce prototypes for visual or tryout inspection.
• Moulds and Dyes: We produce plastic moulds and dyes including bakelite and plastic injection. These dyes are resistant to water, long lasting and electrical insulators. These are used in pipe fittings, caps and closures, electrical fittings, automobile components, blow mould etc.
• Advanced Technology Hot Runner: Our unit has cutting-edge 3-D, CAD/CAM technology and processes.

We use injection molding process for producing identical plastic items and with the use of polystyrene (HIPS), our machinery equipment enables us to produce even small products such as bottle tops; sink plugs, children's toys, containers, model kits, disposable razors and parts of cameras.
